Q: Where can I pick up my tickets?

Q: What happens if my event is postponed or cancelled?
A: All tickets sales are considered final. Refunds are available only in specific circumstances, as outlined below. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the new event date. Original tickets should be kept, as new tickets are usually not issued. If an event is cancelled outright with no plan to schedule a make-up date, a full refund (minus shipping, if applicable) will be available after confirmation of the cancellation. Q: What is a Category Seat?
A: For certain events, tickets may be listed as a "category seat." This means your seat or seats will be located in the section or sections listed.
Q: Can I have someone else pick up my tickets?
A: We suggest that you pick up the tickets you buy. In order to protect from fraud, a buyer may be required to provide additional proof of identity on an order.
